The information you add to the website is assumed to be fact. This is a free website and is not responsible for inaccurate content posted by businesses and individuals. This site is simply an aide to help you find the right size when conducting your online shopping. Getmysize is not responsible if the item you purchase from a vendor does not fit the description you found on our site. We are not responsible for transactions made between buyer and seller.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to post items or buy items for sale. You can, however, create multiple profiles to help find clothing for individuals under the age of 18. When searching the site for another individual on your account, you are still held responsible for all activity by users using your password. You also agree to abide by any and all applicable laws and regulations.

Termination of Account

GetMySize has the right to terminate or suspend an account at any time. You also reserve the right to terminate your account at any time without penalty.

Removal of Content

We reserve the right to remove any content that is offensive. This includes uploading inappropriate images, vulgar language, libel or slanderous content. Doing so could result in the termination of your account.

Compensation

Revenue is generated through advertisements placed on this site. We do not collect payments from individuals or companies that sell merchandise on GetMySize.

Modifications

GetMySize reserves the right to change the “Terms of Service” of this site at any time. If you disagree with the modifications, you reserve the right to terminate your account.
